PRAYER Rx --- September 14
Dear Lord, it seems that sometimes it takes a crisis to unite us as a nation before we turn to You. ... When will we realize that we each need to include You daily in our lives in order to know that we can count on You in times of need. ... Help us each to continue to pray for all of the suffering families. Comfort those who have lost loved ones, and those who have been seriously injured. Help them to find consolation in the verse that the President quoted: "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil; for You are with me; ..." (Psalm 23:4) ... Thank You, Lord, for Your assurance and for Your help in our time of need.
