Dear Lord, help me to see that love is not the blind acceptance of every sin and sinner; rather love is caring enough to pray for a wayward nation, a decadent society, for family members following false gods or on drugs. ... Love is coming against their spiritual blindness, and seeking Your help for them when they cannot be reached any other way. ... Help me, Lord, to love enough to be a faithful daily intercessor. Truly, as the poet said: "More things are wrought by prayer than this world dreams ..." Let Christians everywhere join together in prayer.
