Dear Lord, even though some scholars suggest that the Bible needs to be reinterpreted to appeal to today's reality, remind us, Lord, that although society changes, You do not change. ... You have said that certain acts are sinful. This is Your decision, for this is Your universe. ... Oh Lord, help me to be mindful of Your Word as Your Holy Spirit reveals Your truth to me. ... Help me, lest I be swayed by every ideology or cult, and end up worshiping "another Jesus.*"
