PRAYER Rx --- May 7
Dear Lord, forgive me for too often burying my head in the sand, thinking that what I don't know won't affect my life. ... Help me to be alert to Satan's deceptions, which sometimes cause even the elect to be deceived; as many today seek to destroy our nation, our Christian freedoms, and our families. ... Remind me that I cannot serve "other gods." Let me turn to You, and commit my life to standing on Your Word, trusting that even in my weakness, Your strength will be sufficient for me.* ... Help me, Lord, to look around and see that as a Christian, I need to move from being an ostrich to being a Prayer Warrior, for more changes are brought about through intercessory prayer than this world realizes!
