PRAYER Rx --- April 8
Dear Lord Jesus, remind us that as Eugene O'Neill once observed, "Man is born broken. He lives by mending, and the grace of God is the glue!" ... During the Easter season, help me to realize more fully that Your sacrifice on the cross made possible the gift of the Father's grace to all who would believe. ... You lived in trying times too, and yet Your faith in Your heavenly Father never faltered! ... Help us, who call ourselves Christians, to try to grow in faith. Give us the strength we need to stay the course as we each seek daily to discover and live out the Father's will for our lives. ... Only then will Your sacrifice not have been in vain! ... Help us to love You enough not to count the cost! You didn't!
