PRAYER Rx --- April 5
Dear Lord, the question is not how righteous and merciful You are, but rather how righteous and sincere we are. ... Repenting, both as a nation and as an individual does not mean just saying, "I'm sorry to have ignored Your Word." It means turning around, looking at my wrong opinions and actions, and seeking to go Your way. ... Thank You, Lord, that You are indeed merciful and just, and that You do not give us what we deserve, but rather what You know we need to bring us back to You. ... Help me to pray, "Thy will be done," and to mean it. Help me first to truly commit myself to seeking to know Your will, and then give me the courage and strength to live by it daily. Let me be someone else's gospel.
