PRAYER Rx (Second of 3) --- February 19
Dear Lord, what will You say to those who choose to follow their own selfish aims, who do only what they can get away with -- whether it be robbing people, cheating on a marriage, killing on the streets, or aborting their babies at a whim, or for convenience? ... What will You say when some people follow their own self-serving gains, legal or not, even those in high places? ... What will Christians say or do while all this is happening; will some remain quiet and close their eyes, trying to take the "high road" and think positive thoughts? ... What will You say, Lord? Will You say, "I never knew you?"* ... Oh Lord, have we changed that much? Have we been too busy with our own lives? Have we been deceived, or blind to the dangers that surround us and can destroy us?
