Dear Lord, help me to realize that humility is not belittling oneself, but rather forgetting oneself. Help me to forget myself, to cease expecting recognition or thanks, but rather to see that I am serving You. ... Let my satisfaction be in pleasing You, and let my heart sing Your praises.
